CVS Manufacturing

Cherwell Valley Silos Limited processes oilseed products through 'fluidised bed' cookers which, allied with steam cooking, produce a consistent, high quality product.

The product is ground and pelleted to maximise available oil by rupturing the cell walls. As a result CV-Soy and Pura products have excellent feed conversion characteristics.

Product quality is maintained through on-line automated systems and an in-house Quality Control department operating to ISO9001:2000 standards. Emphasis on quality is high with the plant also operating the Feed Manufacturers Assurance Scheme (FEMAS)
