Valley Property
Valley Property is the property division of Cherwell Valley Silos Limited. The division controls the Group's 18 acre industrial site and has approximately 60,000 sq ft of warehouse buildings and planning permission for a further 30,000 sq ft and further space for offices.
The business lets buildings on standard leases but is also able to provide storage and warehousing facilities for lower volumes or for shorter-term.
Valley Property rates are competitively priced against the local market and the business is flexible in its terms. The Group has a number of blue chip tenants on site.
Location - The site is located 4 miles to the south of Banbury in Oxfordshire and within 10 minutes of Junction 11 of the M40 for north-bound traffic and within 15 minutes of Junction 10 on the M40 for south-bound traffic. The site has excellent connections to Oxford, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Birmingham and London.
Security - The site has one entrance and is bordered by the river and the railway giving a degree of natural security. The site has 24 hour security with the presence of security guards, barriers, CCTV and alarm systems in the buildings.
Facilities - The site has lorry wash facilities, ample parking, telephone and broadband connections, electricity and gas.
Size - Buildings range in size from 6,500 sq ft to 24,000 sq ft with B1, B2 and B8 usage.
