RE: MELAMINE DISCLAIMER

Further to recent events of melamine contamination found in organic soy expeller within the UK, we hereby declare that we have only supplied Cherwell valley Silos with the following origin soybeans since June 2008:

South American Origin

Argentina
Paraguay

Indian Origin

Prior to this we had received, and therefore supplied, a quantity of Chinese soybeans. These were received into our store during April 2008 and were delivered out during May and June 2008. These soybeans were supplied by Yangbian Fengmao and we can find no relationship between them and Dalian Anglia.

In future we can confirm that any soybeans from Chinese origin will be segregated and tested for melamine, with a copy of the test certificate for your records, before any deliveries will be made to yourselves.
